My supervisors generously offered low cost supervision to me, so I charge a sliding scale rate based on income. For example, someone with an annual salary of $45,000 would pay $45 per session. 

Supervision methods may consist of case discussion, diagnosis, test preparation, ethical review, skill acquisition, role play, and evidence-based practice.
